A senior process engineer
reads every line.
No lead forms. No drip sequences. A working engineer at the Hardheim desk replies within two working days with a recommendation or a question of their own.
The engineering team, the machine works and the service desk live at one address.
Send a recipe, a target, a failing batch or a question. You get a person.
Pick the language of your plant floor. The Hardheim desk follows.
What we need
to give you a real answer.
The more specific the request, the more useful the reply. A feed chemistry, a target batch size, a discharge constraint and a target recipe are enough to frame a first recommendation. Anything else is a bonus.
Come to the works.
The Hardheim works runs a laboratory and small scale test hall where customers pilot their own recipes on the same pan and tool principle used in the production machines. A visit is the fastest way to see whether a machine will behave the way you need it to.
Arrange a visit through the contact form or write directly to the Hardheim desk. A process engineer will confirm a date, arrange the test material handling and prepare a short pilot programme tuned to your application.
